Important Notice
Generations Family Health Center’s
Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health &
Administrative offices are moving to our new
building. Therefore, from 12 noon on
Wednesday, December 14th through 1:00 p.m. on
Monday, December 19th our offices will be closed.
We will have a Clinician on call for Medical,
Dental & Behavioral Health patient needs during
the days that we are closed.
