Full-Time and/or Part Time Positions Available

 

Location:       Willimantic and Danielson Mobile Dental Van

 

Qualifications:   Must have current license to practice dentistry in Connecticut and all State and Federal prescription licenses; Bilingual Spanish preferred; Mon-Fri, Must be available for occasional evening hours.  Part time Friday/Saturday schedule also available.


Responsibilities:   Provide quality basic/advanced dental care including exam and diagnosis, x-rays, prophy, restorations, constructions of prosthesis, extraction, root canals and preventive education; provide off-site dental screening and treatment, as required.  Coordinate dental care with medical care via referrals and direct consultation.  Assist in practice planning and goal setting to ensure compliance with governmental, safety, health rules and regulations.  Assist in developing and revising dental policies and procedures to meet licensing requirements.  Assist in preparation of grant applications and funding source reports.  Supervise and evaluate the work performance of dental hygienists and dental assistants.  vision insurance, a tax sheltered annuity, group life insurance, disability insurance, and paid time off.
