Clinical Project Director - HIV

 

 Full-time Position Available

 

Location:      Willimantic 

 

Qualifications: Licensed APRN in the State of Connecticut with nationally recognized certification and appropriate licenses.  Minimum of five (5) years experience in primary care; minimum two (2) years supervisory/Management experience; valid Federal and State controlled substance registrations as appropriate; comprehensive knowledge and experience in HIV/AIDS education, prevention and treatment or any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge and abilities to perform job responsibilities; previous work experience with program development and implementation including compliance monitoring, data collection and program analysis; ability to collect, aggregate, and analyze data and write comprehensive reports; community teambuilding ability.


Responsibilities:  In conjunction with the Medical Director, provide overall direction of the agency’s clinical services for individuals who may be at risk of HIV and/or who are infected or affected by HIV including establishment of clinical treatment guidelines, coordination of related education and prevention initiatives and compliance monitoring, and HIV testing and counseling.
