About our Putnam Site
- The Generations Family Health Center of Putnam is currently located at our interim site on Kennedy Drive in the Medical Complex. Putnam (population 8,998) is considered the heart of the quiet corner, located 11 miles from the Massachusetts border and less than 7 miles from the Rhode Island border..
- Generations Family Health Center received funding from the Stimulus funding for community health centers which enabled us to open our site and offer medical and dental to those in the nearby communities..
- As Generations Family Health Center’s smallest site,
Putnam opened its doors in December 2009 and has rapidly been growing in both medical and dental.
